Every gift to The Teacher Legacy Fund will go directly to a child’s tuition.
At Princeton Christian Academy, we believe that those who pour their lives into discipling our students should see that same investment poured back into their own families. Our teachers don’t just deliver curriculum. They shepherd souls, model Christ, and shape the next generation. The Teacher Legacy Fund exists to honor that calling by ensuring their own children can sit under the same Christ-centered education they give so faithfully to ours.
Our Commitment
We have made a firm, board-affirmed commitment to invest in our teachers and their families through tuition remission for the children of full-time PCA faculty and staff. This is not a perk. It is a conviction. When we ask a teacher to spend their best hours forming the hearts and minds of our students, we will not ask them to choose between that calling and the Christian education of their own children.
The Teacher Legacy Fund invites our broader community, including PCA families, PBC members, alumni, grandparents, and friends of the school, to join us in strengthening this commitment.
Why It Matters
A Christian school is only as strong as the faithful men and women who stand at the front of its classrooms. Recruiting and keeping godly, gifted teachers is one of the most important stewardship questions any Christian school faces. By guaranteeing that their families share fully in the mission, we:
• Strengthen recruitment of the best Christian educators in our region and beyond.
• Retain faithful teachers for the long haul, building continuity and depth in our school culture.
• Honor the calling of those who have given their professional lives to discipling children.
• Embody the gospel we teach, that those who labor are worthy of their wages, and that the body of Christ cares for its own (1 Tim. 5:17–18; Gal. 6:6).
The Long-Term Vision: A Permanent Endowment
Our long-term goal is to fully fund the Teacher Legacy Fund through a permanent endowment, so that this commitment is protected for generations and not subject to the rise and fall of any single year’s budget. An endowed fund means that a century from now, when none of us are here to defend it, faithful PCA teachers will still know that their children have a seat in our classrooms.
We are building this in three phases:
1. Annual Sustaining Gifts: covering current teacher family tuition each year through direct giving.
2. Growth Phase: building the principal toward a self-sustaining endowment.
3. Full Endowment: when annual investment returns cover the full cost of teacher family tuition in perpetuity.
