Christian Education: The truest form of learning.

Genesis 1:1 is the very first verse in the Bible, and it lays a critical foundation for our understanding of everything. By it, we gain a vital perspective on knowledge and learning.

What does it teach us? Consider these truths:

Ultimately, all that is, except for God, owes its existence to God, for He created all things. As the exclusive creator, it is God alone who can provide us with a true understanding of the meaning and purpose for what He has made. It is for this reason that Christian education is the truest form of learning, for Christian education begins with God. Apart from God, we cannot be sure that we have arrived at a true understanding of life and the world around us.

Yet, this truth has little benefit to us, if in fact, God does not reveal to us the meaning and purpose for His creation. Thankfully, He has. God has provided a sufficient and reliable explanation for these things in His Word, the Bible. That is why the Bible has a central place in our educational ministry, for without a true knowledge of the true God, and without a true understanding of the meaning and purpose for what He has made, we cannot rightly discern and interpret reality.

And so, at Princeton Christian Academy, we begin with God and His Word. Knowing God and knowing what God has made known is the foundation of true knowledge. There is no higher authority than God. So, when it comes to the true education of your child, we encourage you to aim high.
